These days, most organisations are trying to do more with less.
At the very least, we need to deliver what we delivered last year, but often with even less resources. Or, we need to deliver more, but with no additional resources.
When funding is tight, training and development budgets are often the first to be slashed. This makes it even more difficult to build capability. Attending training for many hours or days often means that staff either get behind or need someone to cover.
Archdale Labs provides online training that is cost-effective, time-efficient, and tailored to the needs of your specific organisation.
The material draws on best practice concepts but is solidly focused on developing the skills and knowledge that are needed in the workplace.
The programs are self-paced and no more than 75 minutes. Each program is composed of four to six micro-modules to provide a flexible and time-effective approach.
Archdale Labs programs are also likely to be more cost effective than developing the content internally, given the time it can take to research detailed advisory materials and recreate this for learners.
